Content & Deliverables
All content is custom-created based on the agreed scope of work. Once approved and published by the client, Social Spark Media is not responsible for any outcomes or third-party claims related to the content.

Working Hours 
Services are provided within the hours and scope of the selected package. Additional hours may be billed separately.

Revisions & Strategy
Edits and strategy calls are included as part of each package and count toward monthly hours.

Confidentiality
All client information, strategy, and project details are kept confidential and secure.

Legal
All services are subject to the laws of the State of California.
